You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (currently $100 AUD per week, billed by Stripe until cancelled). You can cancel anytime via Billing in the app; your access continues to the end of the period already paid. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If something is wrong with the service, contact us and we will work it out — including refunds where the law requires or fairness suggests it.
Don't share accounts, attempt to breach security, abuse the AI endpoints, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
To the extent permitted by law, exam-prep is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses (including exam outcomes). Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
